How do I cancel my session reservation if I cannot make it?

First of all, thank you for canceling your reservation if you know you cannot make it. That will free up the space for others. You normally can cancel your reservation up to 30 minutes before the start of the session:

1.  Go to “My reservation” on the LifeTime App
2. Select the reservation you want to cancel
3. Look for the “…” next to the event and click on it.
4. You will be prompted to cancel the reservation.
